Believe me, I'm not bragging! Well , no one can brag at this late an hour! It's past midnight, I'm sipping tea, watching Julie and Julia while waiting for my chocolate cake to be ready for final coat of icing. Why is it so urgent? It is urgent because it's not just a cake , it's cake for a client which she'll pick tomorrow morning at 11 am. I know I started quite late but it happens when you have three kids and no eggs ...lol!
